So, when you were playing the music and also, when you talked about turning into where you want to go, right? So, I don’t have any fear of playing wrong notes or not going with the turn, but there’s that moment when you feel like, but there’s so many songs to learn. But there’s so many places I want to go. No doubt. So,how do you get the clarity of which one to follow, I guess?
That’s a great question. The overwhelm of opportunity is a weird thing. You could be anywhere, you could do anything.
My experience has been that sitting or standing, staying, oh neat… Hmm, the experience of being in one spot, and thinking about all the potential places is actually paralyzing. Where as the experience of saying, “There’s all these places,
I’m going to pick one.” There’s something I do with clients now is we roll the dice and that first roll will be a continent. One is North America, two is South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, New Zealand, Australia, et cetera. We haven’t done Antarctica yet. They roll one and that’s a continent. They roll two and that’s the country. They roll three and that’s the city, and then I pick the best hotel in that city, and that’s where we do our private day.
Easy solution, no more opportunity overwhelm. Let’s go there, but why not do that for yourself? And not about travel, but why not do that about business? Why not do that about your social life? Why not do that, why not just pick one, because in the act of choosing, and then eliminating all the other ones for now, which you actually get to create is this beautiful gift of momentum.
And now you went from sitting to moving, and once you’re moving, it’s just so easy to shift and move to the next place. Now it feels weird when you’re sitting, but once you start moving, it’s so easy to pick the next thing, and the next thing, and the next thing, and the next thing.
So, I would invite you to pick one thing out of all of these, and make it a reality. To practice your manifestation muscles. Law of attraction and the law of traction and you dig in and you do it, you make it happen. Because from there comes confidence, and then all of the other ones stop seeming so impossible, and they start to seem inevitable.
